 metres of each other. No textbook\, video or simulator can fully replace th
 e feel of a drill on real bone under the microscope. Hands-on dissection re
 mains the gold standard for building the anatomical confidence and surgical
  precision that otologic surgery demands\, before you ever operate on a pat
 ient.\nThat is why this course is built around dissection\, not observation
 . We keep it to just 15 seats so every participant gets real bench time and
